According to a report released by the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group, relying on the unsparing efforts  and round-the-clock attempts made by the colleagues engaged in different units of Phase 19, Boiler B, which is the 2nd boiler of Phase 19 Refinery, was commissioned and is prepared already to generate steam. Successful commissioning of Boiler B is considered a significant step in attaining the major milestones set for this Project and is a major step in materialization of the initial commissioning of Phase 19 Project.

Based on this report, the steam generated by Boiler B will be utilized to commission and exploit other units of the Refinery. It is worth noting that Boiler A of Phase 19 Refinery was successfully commissioned on July 12, 2015.

The Refinery of Phase 19 of South Pars holds 6 steam generation Units each of which has a capacity to generate 180 tons of steam per hour.
